Chasing Mason

Mindy and I were able to catch up with Mason today, so we interrogated him a bit and I’ve added it all to the “Mason’s Whereabouts” link on the sidebar. Keep in mind that the link will not work unless you are logged in, for obvious reasons. Here’s a picture to whet your appetite:
And he’ll be coming with Dieter and Mindy and I for Thanksgiving.

Thanks, Tyler for setting this up. How long is everyone staying for Thanksgiving?

You guys are so coool! How did Mason get the time off and can he stay thru Sunday. I mentioned to Dieter you guys are going to have to work out a meeting time on Wednesday and hopefully Mason will meet up with you guys. Thanx again to both of you guys we are really looking forward to very fun days, let us know if you want to do anything special and we’ll make sure we do it. Love you both MUM. P S Board Games Blockus

Sometime Wednesday afternoon we’ll get picked up by Dieter and head down. We’ll come back up on Sunday.
We actually need to talk to Dieter about what time we’ll head down on Wednesday, because I know Mason and I will both be working that day. Mason suggested getting picked up around 2 or 3 PM.

“…Dieter and Mindy and me”. Sorry, my Mom corrected my English all the time.

I thought that the correct grammar would be “Dieter, Mindy and I”.

A trick for figuring out the correct grammar would be to remove all of the subjects and just put yourself in first:
And he’ll be coming with me for Thanksgiving.
And he’ll be coming with I for Thanksgiving.
As you can see, the second example with “I” sounds weird. Therefore, the correct one would be “me” for this sentence. Now you can add all the subjects back and the sentence will read “And he’ll be coming with Dieter and Mindy and me for Thanksgiving.”

Thanks, Mindy, great explanation. He’ll get back at me somehow.
I’ll fill him with beers while he’s here and he’ll feel better.
