Fingerling Potatoes!

Just harvested my first fingerling potatoes. I saved the seed potatoes in the frig over the winter. I’ll deliver these to Tyler ’cause I know Mindy and Tylo love fingerling potatoes.

Yay! I’ll have to cook these into something special this weekend, being the tasty, home-grown taters that they are. I’ll let you guys know what we do with them.
