		<description>correct, they took people up to my time.  However, that is because each event only takes about 25ish people.  THEN, those people can swim other events that they have a B-cut in.  So for instance, if pat made it in the top 25 for 200 breastroke, he could swim other events only if he has the B-cut in them.  So in the 100 fly, only 25 poeple were taken for that specific event, but a ton others who had the B-cut (up to apparently 48.59) in other events also swam the 100fly.  FATALITY</description>
